To have a courageous mindset: Consider your goals and envision yourself already having met the goals.

You’re going to be taking on a new identity through I am affirmations and repetition. Affirmations are scientifically proven to change the neurological structure of your brain. I do these every day and they are seriously powerful. People use affirmations to succeed and heal. They will help you tap into your new sense of identity. Ask yourself, who do I need to be? what step do I need to take to become the next highest version of myself? Change your mindset to thinking that you are NOT stuck, it’s not the end. Through repetition This is how you change your identity of how you see yourself. First thing I want you to do is come up with 2 identity statements.

 

First one is a (based in present time) statement around you and your life. “Success comes easily to me!” The second is an I am affirmation. “I am magnet to high-vibe people” these need to feel big and stretch you. They need to force you to think, behave and show up differently. Stop thinking negatives thoughts about your situation. Be aware of what you’re telling yourself because what you put your attention on, grows. The more you dwell on what you don’t want, the more of it you create.

“I don’t want to be fat. I don’t want to be a left out. I wish I wasn’t so insecure. I don’t want to afraid”

Turn the above negative affirmations into positive affirmations.

“I am strong and fit. I am loved unconditionally. I am a work in progress and I choose to accept myself at every stage of growth. I am filled with confidence and grace.”

Down below I’ve got a list of my favourite fearless affirmations. Print them off and put it by your desk. Hold it up and read them and feel it and believe it. Say it several times a day and mean it, they will actually come true. Don’t worry about how, this new identity will lead you to the how later. There’s nothing you can’t learn. How to is going to come. Most important step right now is to shift your belief.

Another thing I like to do, is fall asleep listening to positive I AM affirmations. While you’re in the REM brain wave state, your subconscious mind is at it’s most impressionable stage and therefore can easily be re-wired and changed. It’s a potent time for affirmations, as it helps to reconfigure your subconscious mind as you drift off to sleep.

Our subconscious mind is where our beliefs, emotions, and memories are stored, and it is far more powerful than the conscious mind. It holds the core beliefs that have the most influence over our habits, actions, and results we experience in life.

Examples of mistaken beliefs and counter-statements:

Choose empowering thoughts and let go of unhelpful thoughts

1. I am powerless. I am unlucky, nothing ever goes my way.

Counter Statement: I am responsible for myself, and I’m in control of my life. I can’t determine

the circumstances, but I can determine my attitude towards them.

2. If I take a risk, I will fail. If I fail, other people will reject me.

Counter Statement: It’s okay for me to take risks and it doesn’t matter if I fail – I can learn

from every mistake I make. It’s okay for me to be successful.

3. Life is a constant struggle. There must be something wrong if life seems easy, pleasurable

or fun.

Counter Statement: Life is pleasurable and full. It’s alright for me to relax and enjoy myself.

Life is an adventure in which I’m learning to accept both the ups and the downs.

4. I am not important. My feelings and needs are not important.

Counter Statement: I’m a unique and valuable individual. My needs and my feelings are just as important as anyone else.

Where your attention goes, energy flows.

The more you are aware of your thoughts, the more you can change them and create new ways of positive thinking.

We are in charge and responsible for our thoughts. To receive positive outcomes, we need a positive mindset. We can’t control what happens externally to us but can control our thoughts inside about it.

Life happens FOR us. You are already on the right path.

Everything happens for a reason. Even challenges are presented to us as a learning lesson. What is MEANT for you will come to you no matter what. - for the ultimate good- things happen in our lives to make us stronger, to learn, to grow. It’s happening because it’s what is needed. To become our best selves.

Surround yourself with positive people who lift you up. Don’t involve yourself/ participate with gossiping, remove yourself from the situation.

Change I have to- I get to- gratitude for what you do have

·      The universe/ god is on your side, when you say it out loud and truly believe that, you’re calling in good energy and positivity into your life. When you say things aloud and think about it often, they come true. Same goes with negative thoughts such as I’ll never be able to do that. So that’s why you have to be mindful, to catch that unhelpful thought and change it.

We project onto others how we feel about ourselves, how others treat us, is a reflection of them, not you. As the better person, be understanding of them and accept them.

 

1Why being uncomfortable is GOOD- We need to change the situation or change your mindset towards it- In order to UPLEVEL, we must adopt a new identity. A new way of seeing ourselves. This requires getting OUT of our comfort zone and INTO a new way of being. Ultimately, this causes that feeling we try so hard to avoid… being uncomfortable.
